ĦĦĦĦTri-Ring Clutch Co***ny was founded in 1954, and joined DFAC Group in 1982. It introduced the key clutch equipments and technology from Valeo Group in 1989 and built a brand-new factory and manufactured the diaphragm spring clutch, with production capability over 1.5 million sets yearly. In 1997, the co***ny joined Tri-ring Group.
